Review for Song of the Sandman

 I was given an eARC of Song of the Sandman by J-F. Dubeau. I read this book Jan 13-14 2020. 

Here is my honest review:

Was very confused for most of the book. It wasn't until I was about halfway thru that I decided to look up this book on Goodreads and that was when I found out it was a sequel. Should have said that somewhere so that people would know. I did finish this book but because I did not read the first book I didnt really get the plot. That being said the writing was fantastic and I did love the premise. So overall I gave this book a 3.5 for the writing and premise alone.

Dewey's 24 Hour Readathon

 I am taking part in my first Dewey's 24 hour readathon. Book one is almost complete. Decided to go with Flight or Fright a short story collection written by a bunch of horror authors and edited by Stephen King. This book was pretty good. Like all short story Collections some of the stories are better than others.
